2.1. Exquisite Designs : Our lab-grown diamond jewelry designs are meticulously crafted to capture the essence of elegance and sophistication. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions and images may vary slightly from the actual products.

2.2. Made to order articles : The gold weight indicated on items from what is stated in the product description. However, any variance in the product's weight will be either charged or refunded to the customer accordingly.
For instance, if a ring is displayed on the website with an estimated weight of 3.1 grams at Size 12, during production, the actual weight may be 3.6 grams. In such a case, the additional gold weight will be invoiced to the customer prior to shipping the product.
Similarly, if a ring is showcased with an approximate weight of 3.3 grams at Size 12 on the website, but during production, the actual weight is 3.1 grams, the reduced gold weight will be reimbursed to the customer before shipping the product.

3. Orders

3.1. Order Placement: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. ZINARA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
