  • 18KT Gold Vermeil Jewellery: 7-Day Return Policy

  • Gold Jewellery: 15-Day Return Policy

You may return your product for any reason within the applicable window.

Important:
For any missing item in the shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy applies only to orders placed on www.zinara.in.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure:

  1. The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  2. All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and certificates, is returned.

  3. The original invoice/receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

  4. Any complimentary gifts or free products received with the order are returned with the main item.

Unboxing Video

Please record a complete unboxing video when opening your package.
This helps our team verify and resolve issues related to:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong product received

Requests without an unboxing video may face delays or limitations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded:

  • Customised, personalised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery

  • Products showing physical damage, wear, or alterations

  • Products that have been washed or tampered with

  • Items not returned in original condition with packaging, tags, invoice & certificates

  • Any package where the contents returned do not match the products claimed

Return Process

1. Submit a Request

Email or WhatsApp our support team.
Our team will generate a case ticket/ID and review your request.

2. Receive the Shipping Label

Within 48 hours, you will receive a fully insured return shipping label.

3. Pack the Jewellery

  • Use the original packaging

  • Include the certificate, invoice, and all accessories

  • Bubble-wrap the product securely

  • Hand it over to the logistics partner assigned

4. Inspection

Once received, your product will undergo a quality check.

Zinara reserves the right to:

  • Evaluate the returned product

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility

  • Deduct the full MRP for any missing item (including free gifts)

5. Refund Authorization

If approved, your refund will be processed.

Refund Modes & Timelines

Order Type - Refund Mode Timeline*

Cash on Delivery (COD) - 10–15 days from authorization

Prepaid Orders - 7 days from authorization

*Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer. Zinara is not responsible for such delays.

Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted

We will not accept return or replacement requests for:

  • Products with physical damage, missing stones, scratches, dents, or signs of use

  • Products not in original condition

  • Products returned without packaging, invoice, certificate, or tags

  • Products with tampered or unreadable serial numbers

  • Customised or personalised jewellery

  • Products purchased under special offers, promotions, or clearance

  • Return shipments where the number of items does not match what was declared

Warranty Policy

Zinara Warranty Policy

At Zinara, we take pride in the exceptional craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. Every product is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted - and we stand behind it.
That’s why all Zinara jewellery comes with a statutory 12-month warranty, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects arising from normal use of the product.

If your jewellery is found to have a defect during this period, Zinara will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace it with an identical piece (if available)

  • Substitute it with a piece of comparable value

Warranty coverage applies only after verification by the Zinara Quality Team and may vary by region and market.

Please note:
Coverage includes only defects that Zinara determines are not the result of accident, misuse, negligence, wear and tear, modification, or attempted repair outside of Zinara.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To maintain transparency and service quality, the following are not covered under Zinara’s warranty:

1. Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers

Products bought from resellers, third-party vendors, or unauthorized platforms are not eligible. Please contact the original seller for assistance.

2. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

Any repairs, stone resetting, resizing, polishing, or modifications done by an outside jeweller will void the warranty.

This includes:

  • Engraving

  • Altering the design

  • Adding or removing elements

  • Attempted repairs of any kind

3. Loss, Wear & Tear, or Misuse

The warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

  • Everyday wear and tear (scratches, fading, dents, etc.)

  • Accidental damage or negligence

4. Promotional or Complimentary Items

Free gifts, promotional products, or giveaway items may not carry warranty unless specifically stated.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

  1. Write to us at help@zinara.in with your concern

  2. Provide your order ID / proof of purchase, and certificate of authenticity (if applicable)

  3. Our team will assess your case and may request that you return the item for inspection

All defective items must be sent via post or courier for a thorough evaluation.

Warranty inspections and approved repairs/replacements are offered free of charge.

Required Documentation

To validate your warranty claim, please retain:

  • Original invoice or order confirmation

  • Gift receipt (if applicable)

  • Certificate of authenticity/ Diamond certificate for eligible products

These documents serve as proof of purchase and entitlement to warranty service.

Important Notes

  • Zinara may update or amend these warranty terms at any time, with prospective effect.

  • This warranty operates in addition to your statutory rights, not in place of them.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping within India, which includes GST in MRP. Shipping time is 24 – 48 hrs for ‘Available in Stock’ items and 24-30 business days for “Make to order” items. After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free through an insured courier. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. All customers will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking information once the order is received and shipped. If an item is sold out, our account executives will notify you promptly.


Every ZINARA jewellery package is carefully wrapped to ensure its safety during delivery. All your items are presented in a ZINARA box along with the necessary certificates.

NOTE : We retain the right to adjust this shipping policy as needed, hence we encourage you to check it regularly. Any modifications or clarifications will be implemented immediately upon being posted on the website.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Zinara:

There may be certain orders that Zinara cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Zinara identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customer:

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped from our warehouse. Registered customers can always check the status of their order from the Track Order option available atwww.zinara.in. Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use). Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account within 7-15 business days or through cheque, which can take upto 30 days for delivery.
