What types of jewellery can I customize with Zinara?
You can customize rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and more. Whether you're designing an engagement ring or a gift for yourself, our team will work with you to bring your idea to life.
How does the customization process work?
It's simple! Share your inspiration—whether it's a sketch, a reference image, or just an idea. Our design experts will get in touch to understand your vision and create digital renders or CAD models for your approval before we craft the final piece.
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Typically, it takes 2 to 4 weeks from design finalization to delivery. If you have a specific timeline, let us know—we’ll do our best to meet it.
Can I choose the metal and diamond size/shape for my design?
Absolutely. You can select from 14k or 18k gold (in yellow, white, or rose), and lab-grown diamonds of your preferred size, cut, and quality.
Will my custom jewellery be certified?
Yes, all custom pieces using lab-grown diamonds will come with IGI certification and a lifetime buyback and authenticity guarantee from Zinara. In addition to this gold will be hallmarked from BIS
What is the payment structure for custom jewellery orders?
We require a 50% advance payment to begin the design and production process. The remaining 50% is payable at the time of dispatch or delivery.
