Zinara Exchange Policy
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases from ZINARA. You can return the product along with its original certificate for exchange or buy-back based on the current market value.
Deductions will be made for making charges, taxes, and a Rs. 1,000 processing fee. Additionally, if your purchase included a discount or a free gift, the corresponding value will be deducted on a pro-rata basis.
Note that you must present the original invoice and certificate for exchange or buyback purposes. If the diamond report is not returned, a replacement cost of INR 2000 will be charged to the customer. To be eligible for exchange or buy-back, the item shall not show any signs of alteration by any entity other than ZINARA. We carefully inspect all items for buy-back. The final price may be adjusted based on the condition we find the item in.
Determination of BuyBack Value
Gold : 100% of the prevailing market value
Diamond : 100% of the prevailing market selling price of Zinara
