Zinara Lifetime Exchange Policy

At Zinara, we stand behind the enduring beauty and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Our Lifetime Exchange Program is designed to offer complete peace of mind, ensuring your treasured pieces retain value over time. Every Zinara creation is an investment in elegance and our policy reflects that commitment.

Exchange Eligibility & Overview

All products submitted under our Lifetime Exchange Program are subject to a thorough review by our expert team to ensure the piece is free from alterations or damage.
The decision of the Zinara Quality Assurance Team shall be final and binding.

Buyback and Exchange are not applicable for:

  • Customised, personalised, or engraved jewellery

  • Jewellery altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Zinara

  • Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales (unless specified)

Exchange Values

18KT Gold Vermeil Jewellery

Time Since Purchase - Exchange Value

  • 0–12 months - 75% of invoice value
  • 12–24 months - 55% of invoice value
  • After 24 months - 30% of invoice value

Gold Jewellery

  • Gold Component: 100% of the prevailing market value
  • Lab-Grown Diamonds: 100% of the prevailing Zinara market selling price

Note: Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted proportionately from the diamond value during exchange.

Inspection Process

Every piece submitted for exchange undergoes a meticulous inspection to verify authenticity, craftsmanship, and condition. This process ensures all items meet Zinara’s quality standards before valuation.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Customised or personalised jewellery

  • Jewellery altered or repaired by third parties

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless noted)

  • Products without required documentation

Terms and Conditions

To avail Lifetime Exchange, please ensure:

  1. The jewellery is in its original, pristine condition, free from damage or alterations

  2. Original product is submitted

  3. Original or copy of invoice is provided

  4. Product/Diamond certificate (if applicable) is included

  5. Valid Government ID proof of the person requesting buyback/exchange is provided

Additional Conditions:

  • Taxes paid during the original purchase are not refundable

  • Exchange value is provided to you in a coupon which could be used for the next purchase of the same value as the exchange amount

  • Processing time: within 7 business days after the product is received at our office

Shipping Guidelines

  • Customers must self-ship the jewellery to the Zinara office

  • If Zinara arranges pickup, logistics charges at actuals will be deducted from the final exchange value

  • The item must be securely packed (bubble wrap / padded envelope / box) to prevent damage in transit

  • Re-shipment must be done only via Zinara-approved shipping partners

  3. Our team will coordinate the next steps, including inspection and shipping arrangements

Discretion of Rights

Zinara reserves the right to approve or decline any buyback or exchange request.
We may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
